SHIPPING & RETURNS



ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

Our team will do their best to ship the orders as soon as possible. In general, we guarantee that the order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, depending on the current workload.  Any order placed after 3 PM cut off time will be counted for the next business day.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

In case you would need to exchange or return an item, we would gladly work with you to assure your complete satisfaction with our service. We offer FREE return shipping for an exchange (US clients only) on any items over $50 in value!!

For exchange: please contact us via email info@mialingerieshop.com  within 60 days of purchase to assure that we have the other item size|color in stock. The originally purchased item will have to be returned with no signs of use, unworn, unwashed, clean and with original tags. The original packaging will be required (if applicable). For any items, a USPS return shipping label will have to be generated by us and it will be forwarded to you via email. If the product value is over $50, its cost will be covered by MiaLingerieShop, if it is under $50, the client will have to cover its cost. Once the product received and inspected, the new one will be shipped out with the appropriate shipping option to you. Please note that the replacement item shipping cost will be at the client’s expense and will have to be charged prior to the shipment.

For returns: please contact us via email info@mialingerieshop.com within 60 days of purchase for a refund. A USPS return shipping label will have to be generated by us and it will be forwarded to you by email. Once the product received and inspected, a refund will be issued. Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please kindly let us know the reason for return, so we will be able to learn and improve for the next time! Please make sure that:

  • Your item should be NEW and can be sold again as new. Item(s) must be in original packaging without any tags removed. Item(s) cannot be used and washed.
  • Packaging is not damaged or missing. No tape, stickers, shipping labels or other foreign objects can be attached to the packing.

Any item(s) not meeting the above requirements will not be accepted and the customer responsible for return shipping. A copy of your invoice is helpful but not mandatory.
